Methods of processing<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>The processing of the Websites takes place at the registered office of the Data Controller (specified above) and at the service provider of the Sites, by means of computer tools using software systems managed directly and by third parties with temporary treatment in anonymous form.<\/p>\n\n<p>Each processing is carried out in compliance with the procedures set out in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures.<\/p>\n\n<p>Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and by any occasional responsible for maintenance operations.<\/p>\n\n<p>For further information please contact the Data Controller.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data retention<\/h1>\n\n<p>Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimisation of data, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of storage of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory times prescribed by law. You can always ask for the interruption of the processing or the cancellation of the data by contacting the Data Controller.<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rights of the data subject:<\/h1>\n\n<p>You have the right to obtain the cancellation (right for oblivion), the limitation, the updating, the rectification, the portability, the opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, pursuant to art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<p>The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of making a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.<\/p>\n\n<p>The data subject shall have the right to obtain information about:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>personal data origin;<\/li><li>processing purposes and methods;<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the logic applied in the case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic tools;<\/li><li>the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the representative designated pursuant to art. 5, co. 2;<\/li><li>the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, as responsible persons or as persons in charge.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Tha data subject, also, has the right to obtain:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>updating, correcting or, where appropriate, integrating the data;<\/li><li>the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;<\/li><li>attestation that the transactions referred to in paragraphs a) and b) have been carried out, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;<\/li><li> data portability.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>for legitimate reasons relating to the processing of his personal data, relevant to the purpose of the collection;<\/li><li>to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Changes<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n<p>The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at its discretion and at any time.
