THE VILLA
‘900

viaComo18 is a small cottage a few steps from Villa Torlonia. It is located in the homonymous street, one of the streets of the Italia-Nomentano district, created at the beginning of the twentieth century for the upper middle class.

It was built in 1913, according to the directives of the Nathan Building Regulations of 1911: two floors, beyond the raised ground floor, wooden door, high windows, iron gate that opens onto the inner courtyard, terrace with stone balustrade and wrought iron roof.

viaComo18 is: private rooms, fully equipped common kitchen, dining and relaxation room, inner courtyard, porch and terrace. Minimalist furnishings, flat screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi 24 hours a day. Sound and thermal insulation, automatic management and remote control of heating and air conditioning are guaranteed

YOUR HOUSE IN ROME

Today, the cottage is the result of a renovation that has balanced both its characteristic features of housing for the upper middle class as the evolution in a living space suitable for the contemporary life of students and workers: with shared spaces and services, perfect for socializing, and large private rooms.
A perfect balance between past and present.
