You can check into the room from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed with the property manager.
No, that’s not possible. The lease is strictly personal and only the person who has signed it can collect the keys and take possession of the room.
When you take possession of the room you will be given an electronic key or a badge that will allow you to open the door of your room, the personal cupboard and fridge, the entrance door, the gate and the French doors of the terraces. The keys of the appliances (counters, mailbox etc.) are in the house, in a single copy, available to all tenants.
In the structure there is a copy of the badge that can be activated immediately after deactivating the lost original.
You must make arrangements with the property manager who will have to check with you that the room is in the same condition as the takeover.
No, you can enter and leave at any time, avoiding noises that can disturb the peace of the roommates.
Yes, there is a regulation that you must sign at the time of booking and that will be delivered to you in hard copy along with the badge.
Maintenance is borne by the structure. However, in the event that the faults are due to fraud or inexperience, the cost will be charged, through regular invoice, to the person directly responsible.
In case you need a maintenance, you can call the number that you will find on the rules given to you when entering the room.
No. In front of the entrance of the structure there is a space for loading/unloading for tenants. At 450 meters, in Via Giuseppe Sisco 10, there is the Falasca car park affiliated with the house
Yes, you will share the kitchen with all the tenants. You have a reserved space in the cupboard and a refrigerator with freezer all for yourself. You can access both with your badge.
In addition to your personal refrigerator-freezer and the reserved space in the cupboard, in the kitchen you will find induction hob, traditional and microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, pots, tablecloths.
Yes, the common areas will be cleaned twice a week, and will be sanitized periodically. Your room will be cleaned once a week and, on that occasion, bed linen and towels will be changed.
The washer/dryer is shared among all tenants. The use is organized according to specific day shifts by planning and booking of tenants on a special blackboard.
